An apparatus for combining and separating a wavelength band having four input-output terminals is provided to improve high availability by combining and separating a wavelength band of a regular range to an existing signal band. An apparatus for combining and separating a wavelength band includes a first wavelength division multiplexing(WDM) filter, a second wavelength division multiplexing filter, a third wavelength division multiplexing filter, and a fourth WDM filter. A first wavelength division multiplexing filter separates the Y- band more than a second wavelength and the X- band less than the first wave length among the wavelength band of the light transmitted through four input-output terminals. The second wavelength division multiplexing filter separates the Y- band more than the second wavelength and the X- band less than the first wave length among the wavelength band of the light transmitted through four input-output terminals. The third wavelength division multiplexing filter separates the Z1- band of the third wavelength range in the Y- band more than the second wavelength. The fourth WDM filter separates the Z2- band of the fourth wavelength range in the Y- band more than the second wavelength.
