<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the bus bar connection structure of an electrical connection box which simplifies the bus bar connection work, with only a single nut. <P>SOLUTION: The bus bar connection structure comprises an electrical connection box 2 having a terminal joint 4 in which recesses 6 and 8 having a bolt insertion hole 30 are formed in the upper and lower surfaces; a seating 22 for clamping a bus bar 16 between itself and the lower surface of the terminal joint 4; a bus bar fixing member 20 made of a conductive material, where a fixing portion 24, provided on the seating 22 so as to penetrate the bus bar 16 and fitted in the recess 8 formed in the lower surface of the terminal joint 4, is formed integrally with a bolt portion 28 provided at the fixing portion 24 via a coupling portion 26 and having a diameter larger than that of the coupling portion 26; a bottomed tubular body 10 having a bolt insertion hole 14 at the center of the base and fitted to the recess 6 formed in the upper surface of the terminal joint 4; and a nut 23 made of a conductive material which is screwed into the bolt portion 28, passing through the bolt insertion hole 14 from above the tubular body 10, in order to clamp an external connection terminal 36 between itself and the tubular body 10 and tightening the bus bar fixing member 20 to the terminal joint 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
