PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a talking device capable of preventing howling and improving sound quality and efficiency. SOLUTION: In the talking device A, a talking module MJ is stored in a device body A2. The talking module MJ has: a housing A1; a speaker SP that attaches a diaphragm 23 to the housing A1 to output sound information outside the housing from one surface side; a rear air space Br that is a space formed at the other surface side of the speaker SP in the housing; a microphone M1 collecting sound to output a sound signal; a microphone M2 that is arranged at a position far from the microphone M1 in reference to the speaker SP and collects sound to output a sound signal; and a sound processing section 10 for eliminating the sound signal of the microphone M1 from that of the microphone M2 for transmitting to the outside.
