PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling-fan fixing structure which a disposal of needless length of a power source lead line can be easily carried out when fixing a cooling-fan equipment and can prevent the power source lead line from being damaged by a wing of the cooling-fan equipment. SOLUTION: The cooling-fan fixing structure is constructed to fix the cooling-fan 2 on a folding tool. The cooling-fan equipment 2 includes a first surface faced to a holding tool side, a second surface side opposed to it, and a side surface on which a groove 2b is formed from the first surface to the second surface. Moreover, the cooling-fan equipment 2 has a fixing plate 3 which is located in opposing to the second surface of the cooling-fan equipment 2 and has holes 3a, and has a recess 2c which formes a space between the fixing plate 3 and second surface. The power source lead line 2a of the cooling-fan equipment 2 is drawn from the second surface side of the cooling-fan equipment 2 through the groove 2b of the side surface to the first surface side, and its needless length can be contained in the recess 2c of the second surface.
