PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed board which generates less radiation noise interference and is good in workability of assembling. SOLUTION: The FPC (flexible printed board) 1 has GND patterns 13, 22, 32 formed on one-surface sides of insulating layers 11, 21, 31. The FPC 1 includes a main body sheet 10 having, on the other-surface sides, patterns 12a and 12b of signal wiring lines and pads 15a and 15b connected to connection pads of a circuit board, and a cover sheet 20 which is connected to the main body sheet 10 by a connection portion 30 and covers a wiring surface of the main body sheet 10 including the signal wiring lines 12a and 12b except the pads 15a and 15b by folding the connection portion 30. Further, the PFC 1 has an opposite connection portion electrically connecting the GND patterns 13 and 22 of both the sheets when the cover sheet 20 covers the wiring surface of the main body sheet 10 by folding the connection portion 30.
