PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a solid-state electrolytic capacitor and stabilize its electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor keeps a conductive polymer on a capacitor element 4 onto which an anode body 1 connected with an anode lead-out electrode 5 and a cathode body 3 connected with a cathode lead-out electrode 6 are wound with separators 21 and 22 between them, wherein the anode lead-out electrode 5 has an anode contact portion 51 connected to the anode body 1 and an anode lead portion 52 extending in a predetermined direction so as to space the anode body 1 from the end of the anode contact portion 51, while the cathode lead-out electrode 6 has a cathode contact portion 61 connected to the cathode body 3 and a cathode lead portion 62 led out in a predetermined direction so as to space the cathode body 3 from the end of the cathode contact portion 61, and both of these lead-out electrodes 5 and 6 have at least their lead portions 52 and 62 composed of copper with silver or tin included.
