PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal connection device capable of stabilizing the contact of a contact section without increasing pressure force of a pressure member even though there is a center gap between connected terminals caused by large current flow due to an accident or the like. SOLUTION: In the terminal connection device having a plurality of contactors 3 arranged to straddle both ends on the outer peripheral surface of ends where a first terminal 1 and a second terminal 2 are faced with each other, a guide plate 4 fixed on the end face of the first terminal 1 and regulating a movement of each contactor 3 in the axial and peripheral directions by making a plurality of recessed sections formed at an outer periphery connect with a locking groove 3c in the inside of each contactor 3, and the circular pressure member 5 mounted on a plurality of hollow sections on the outer periphery of each contactor 3 connected with the guide plate 4 and adding pressure force toward an axial center against each contactor 3, a guide ring 6 loosely fitted by preparing a small gap on the outer peripheral surface of each contactor 3 is arranged.
