PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board which can prevent corrosion such as migration. SOLUTION: This circuit board has a base layer, a wiring pattern formed on one of its surfaces, terminals formed on its other surface, a plated layer covering those terminals, and a first cover layer covering the wiring pattern at least. The terminals and the wiring pattern are electrically connected together through the contacts provided on both of them. Thus, the contacts making the connection of the terminals and the wiring pattern are not exposed to the open air. Accordingly, this circuit board can prevent the contacts from corroding or migrating even when placed in a high temperature and high humidity environments. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
