PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reflection type screen by which the black level of a projection image can be improved, the layer thickness of a reflection layer when forming the reflection layer is easily managed, a reflection type screen can be easily manufactured and mass productivity is enhanced. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the reflection type screen having a plurality of inclined parts 22 formed in saw-toothed shape and the reflection layer formed at a part of the inclined parts 22 and reflecting projected light incident obliquely to the front includes: a base material preparing stage for preparing base material 20 on the one surface of which the plurality of inclined parts 22 having elasticity are arranged and which has light absorptivity; a plate covering stage for covering one surface side of the base material 20 with a plate 50 for silk screen printing; a printing stage for performing the silk screen printing while applying pressure to the base material 20 so as to tilt the plurality of inclined parts 22 in such a state that material 30a for forming the reflection layer is put on the plate 50; and a plate separation stage for separating the plate 50 from the base material 20.
