PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine allowing game components to be disposed in the vicinity of the outer edge of a game board even if a game area is expanded to the outer edge of the game board as further as possible. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes the game board 6 having various game components disposed on the front side and a rear cover 35 attached to the rear side to cover the rear side of the game components; and a front frame 3 detachably attached to the game board 6 from the front. The front frame 3 includes a game board attaching frame for holding the outer edge side of the game board 6 and a rear case 31 disposed facing backward along the inner side of the game board attaching frame to cover at least the outer peripheral side of the rear cover 35. A rear cover fitting part 101, swelling outward toward the game board attaching frame is disposed in the rear case 31, and the swelling part 105 on the rear cover 35 side is fitted into the rear cover fitting part 101 from the inner side.
