PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller structure capable of simplifying attachment/detachment of a roller, and improving roller cleaning efficiency. SOLUTION: This roller structure includes a groove section 6 formed in one end of this roller body 2 and a first supporting shaft 7 extended from the other end. It further includes a coil spring 3 storable in the groove section 6, and a pressing plate 4 provided with a supporting surface with a second supporting shaft 8 and a contact surface contacted with the coil spring 3. The pressing plate 4 is configured to be contacted with the coil spring 3, and the second supporting shaft 8 is configured to be advanced/retracted freely in the shaft center direction of the roller body 2 together with the pressing plate 4.
