PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opener for a film can lid which nicely shapes an opening edge after cutting in opening and requires little power in opening for easily and safely opening a positive pressure can with a film lid body. SOLUTION: This relates to an opener for cutting and opening the seal lid 7 of a container lid with the seal lid 7 closing the round opening 11 of a lid body 6 along the edge of the opening 11. The opener is insertable into the opening 11 and is provided with a base body 12 rotatable around the rotary center line 9 in the opening 11, cutting blades 13 able to cut and open the lid 7 positioned along a virtual tubular face around the line 9 and uniformizing protrusions 17 outwardly protruding beyond the tubular face.
