PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body lower part structure capable of increasing the bending strength at a kick part of a front side member. SOLUTION: In a sectional structure of a kick part 1a of a front side member arranged on a lower part of a vehicle body, the kick part 1a comprises a lower member which is formed downwardly in a hat-shaped section, and extends along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, and is joined with a lower side of a vehicle body panel 10, and an upper member 12 which is formed upwardly in a hat-shaped section, and extends along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and is joined at the position overlapping on the lower member 11 in plan view on an upper side of the vehicle body panel 10.
