PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of keeping a predetermined thickness of a base rubber layer at a portion which is provided with spike pin driving holes to tread land part of product tire even if there is any variation in thickness of the base rubber layer material and the cap rubber layer material in extrusion molding of an unvulcanized tread rubber member. SOLUTION: Tread rubber 7 arranged on the peripheral side of a belt 6 in a tire tread section 1 consists of the base rubber layer 8 and a cap rubber layer 9 which are each located internally and externally in a radial direction. The surface of a block 11 is provided with spike pin driving holes 12 reaching the base rubber layer 8 which is harder than the cap rubber layer 9. A block surface around each of the driving holes 12 is provided with a plurality of bent spew cutting marks 13 equally spaced around the driving holes 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
