PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous mold release agent and an aqueous mold release agent-dispersed system for manufacturing a polyurethane molded article. SOLUTION: The aqueous mold release agent-dispersed system for manufacturing a polyurethane molded article substantially comprises: (A) soap, oil, wax and at least one release activator from the group consisting of a silicone; (B) an emulsifier; (C) a form stabilizer, if necessary; (D) a viscosity modifier if necessary; (E) an auxiliary and additional agent if necessary; (F) at least one alkali carboxylate or alkaline earth carboxylate; and (G) water.
