<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchasing device, a purchasing system and a purchasing program for performing batch purchase enabling reduction in labor, price and the like at the time of purchasing a consumable article. <P>SOLUTION: A management device 12 is provided with a request detection part 121 for detecting the necessity of the refilling or exchange of the consumable article of an image formation apparatus 13; a request part 122 for requesting the ordering of the consumable article to a centralized purchase device 10 according to the detection result; and a budget processing part 123 for approving the consumable article under such conditions that the price of the consumable article notified from the centralized purchase device 10 is within a predetermined budget sum in response to the request. The centralized purchase device 10 is provided with a request accepting part 101 for accepting a request from the management device 12; an estimate examination part 102 for specifying the price of the consumable article corresponding to a request accepted by the request accepting part 101 in response to the establishment of the predetermined conditions, and for notifying the management device 10 of the specified price; and an ordering part 103 for ordering the consumable article approved by the management device 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
