PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle navigation device which easily sets only a desired road as an avoidance road while considering weather conditions, and performs navigation sufficiently reflecting a user's requirements. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle navigation device comprises: a weather condition designating means 29 for designating weather conditions of the avoidance roads; a weather information acquiring means 11 for acquiring the weather information; an avoidance road setting means 28 for setting the avoidance road with the designation of weather condition when the weather condition is designated; and a recommended route searching means 24 for searching a recommended route avoiding the set avoidance road only when the designated weather condition matches with the weather information acquired by the weather information acquiring means 11, when the avoidance road is set with the designation of weather condition.
