PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To encrypt data in a short time and prevent the encrypted data from being inferred or compared. SOLUTION: Only a part of data including header information among original data is extracted and the extracted data is encrypted using a public key. Also, data of the subsequent addresses is filled as plain text in a place where the above data is extracted. The extracted and encrypted data is gathered in the ascending order of addresses and inserted to an arbitrary place of the original data. Finally, index information including information indicating a location of the gathered encrypted data, encryption size information and the amount of encrypted (extracted) data is attached to the head of the data.
