PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift chain mounting structure and a lift chain mounting unit capable of enhancing a layout flexibility near the end part of the lift chain thereof. SOLUTION: The lift chain mounting structure 1 where the lift chain 3 having an annular part 4 at the end part is mounted to a lift bracket 5, has a pin member 6, a pulling-out preventive part 7 and a mounting means 8. The pin member 6 has a bar shape part 6d and is fixed to the lift bracket 5. The pulling-out preventive part 7 prevents the annular part 4 from being withdrawn from the pin member 6. The mounting means 8 mounts the pulling-out preventive part 7 so as not to be withdrawn from the pin member 6. The pulling-out preventive part 7 is mounted to the pin member 6 in such a state that a projection part 7b of the pulling-out preventive part 7 is fit to a recessed part 6b of the pin member 6, and the part most separated from the lift bracket 5 with respect to the axial direction of the bar shape part 6d is the surface 7s of an expanded diameter part 7k in the pulling-out preventive part 7 and the mounting means 8.
