PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an image display device capable of correcting a variation in wiring resistance of a power source line between image display devices manufactured within the same lot. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an image display device includes a wiring conductor for composing a pixel circuit, which comprises: a substrate wiring process for preparing a plurality of substrates on which a wiring conductor is formed; a first resistance measuring process for measuring a resistance value of the wiring conductor on each substrate; a reference resistance setting process for setting a reference resistance value based on the resistance value of each substrate; and a first heating process for comparing the reference resistance value with the resistance value of each substrate and heating the substrate with the resistance value greater than the reference resistance value for a predetermined time period.
