PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proofing device wherein rubber members are built up exactly to an opening of a body-side member, and the durability and vibration-isolating performance are ensured. SOLUTION: In the vibration-proofing device 10, a vehicle-body-side member 2 and a stabilizer link 1 penetrating the opening 3 of the vehicle-body-side member 2 are elastically coupled, and a pair of annular rubber member 14 and a pair of up-and-down plate members 16 are provided. The pair of rubber members 14, which have respectively hollow parts 12 for a stabilizer link 1 to pass through, are provided oppositely up and down in the vehicle-body-side member 2. The pair of plate members 16 are provided to the up-and-down sides of the rubber members 14. In the upside rubber member 14A, a cylindrical extension 24 is provided so as to be fit in the opening 3 of the vehicle-body-side member 2. In the downside rubber member 14B, a cylindrical recess 36 is provided so as to receive the cylindrical extension 24. By a pair of plate members 16A, 16B, the pair of rubber members 14A, 14B are pinched in the axial direction X, and the cylindrical extension 24 is fit axially in a compressed state into the annular recess 36.
