PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly follow a blade surface to complicated recesses/projections of a skin surface, regulate unnecessary tilting and turning by surely supporting a razor head and effectively cut a mustache. SOLUTION: This electric shaver floatingly supports the razor head 2 so as to tilt in all directions. A head supporting structure includes a frame 21 fixed to a body case 1, a head frame 22 swingably supported to the frame 21, a spring receiving frame 25 fixed to the head frame 22, first tilt shafts 23 for connecting the frame 21 to the head frame 22, a second tilt shaft 24 provided between the head frame 22 and the razor head 2, and a first spring 26 and second springs 27 returningly energizing the head frame 22 and the razor head 2 to neutral positions respectively. The first tilt shafts 23 and the second tilt shaft 24 are disposed orthogonal to each other. The head frame 22 is returningly energized to the neutral position by the first spring 26 and the razor head 2 is returningly energized to the neutral position by the second springs 27.
