The invention relates to a dental implant (5) to be integrated in the bone of a jaw. The implant includes a flat head with a large diameter for receiving ends and is provided with an outer threading (18) on the entire periphery thereof, the head of the implant further including a means (16) interacting with an additional means (14, 15) of a fake stump (12) also including a thread (13), so that the threaded portions (18, 13) can be tightened by a threaded sliding ring (11). The invention also relates to a fake stump, a stopper and a stabiliser. The stopper has snap-fitting and screwing characteristics. The stabiliser includes a plate for receiving attachment means (18) for attaching, tightening and screwing fake stumps (12). |
