A method for preparing an inner case of a kimchi refrigerator is provided to prevent the over-modification of the contact part in case of the bonding operation of a plate material and the generation of excessive crack at the contact region. A method for preparing an inner case of a kimchi refrigerator comprises the steps of preparing first and second plate materials(20) made of an aluminum material; bending the first plate material into a form of a box opened in both directions and bonding the both sides of the first plate material to process a body(10'); and bonding the second plate material to the one end of the body to close the one end of the body, wherein the both side ends of the first plate material and the body and the second plate material are bonded by friction stir welding method. |
