A hand-operated type apparatus for number display device is provided to prevent separation or damage by physical power due to the temperature change and impact and increase concentration of numbers. In a hand-operated type apparatus for number display device, a segment(10) which is changed into the number of 0-9 is formed in one side. In a plurality of segment blocks, a handle(22) is protruded from the other side into one body. A plurality of segment blocks is received into a plurality of receiving parts which is formed in a first panel. A plurality of openings(42) is formed a second panel(40) which is aligned or not according to the transfer position of a plurality of segment blocks.
