<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion picture reproducing apparatus which can help the user understand the contents of content items even if a video picture cannot be displayed. <P>SOLUTION: The motion picture reproducing apparatus comprises: a data receiving portion 11 which holds content data containing at least voice data; a judging portion 15 which judges whether video data is contained in the content data; a database 14 which records data in such a manner that image data based on the video data is associated with voice data corresponding to the video data when video data is contained in the content data; an interpolation video generating portion 16 which, when video data is not contained in the content data, refers to the database 14, and generates interpolation video data for compensating for video data corresponding to the voice data stored in the data receiving portion 11; and output portions 17 and 18 which, when video data is not contained in the content data, outputs the interpolation video data as video data together with the voice data concerned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
