<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting panel which can be easily fixed on a surface of an object to be decorated. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting panel includes an EL light emitting element 1 fixed innermost in the object to be decorated, a binder layer 2 with adhesiveness and a light transmitting property, and a panel base material 4 on which a decorative layer 3 is laminated and fixed outermost in the object to be decorated. The EL light emitting element 1 and the decorative layer 3 laminated on the panel base material 4 are bonded with the binder layer 2 in-between, and a back electrode 1b and a transparent electrode 1e are open to an outer side surface of the EL light emitting element 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
