<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath room capable of using a handrail unit in an optional position near a bathtub and reducing flexion of a wall face portion on which the handrail unit is arranged. <P>SOLUTION: The handrail unit 20 is secured to the upper side of the bathtub 13 with the handrail 20 extended between two wall face portions 12, 15 adjacently arranged in continuous two lateral wall faces of the bathtub 13. A rail member 21 is arranged in the wall face portion 12 and a rail member 22 is arranged in the wall face portion 15, a coupling member 24 slidably engaging with the rail member 21 is secured to the one end of the handrail member 23 and a coupling member 25 slidably engaging with the rail member 22 is secured to the other end of the handrail member 23.
