<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a component jam resulting from slippage in a halt timing when positioning and halting a stick case at a predetermined location to supply a component contained in it by letting it slip down of its own weight. <P>SOLUTION: The stick component supply device has a component detecting sensor for detecting an electronic component that passes through a through-hole, a rise and fall mechanism for moving stick cases, stacked in a loading section, in an ascending or descending order by driving a motor forward or backward, and a controlling mechanism for controlling a halt of ascending or descending order movement of the stick cases when they are moved by the motor and then, a component is detected by the component detecting sensor, or controlling a start of the above movement when a component is not detected during a predetermined time by the component detection sensor, wherein the controlling mechanism repeats the forward and backward movement of the motor to perform controls (I) and (II) to vibrate the loading section when a component was detected by the component detection sensor and then, it has become undetected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
