摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform torque measurement while suppressing an increase in exhaust-gas temperature caused by angle delay of ignition timing at all measurement points in a measurement range. SOLUTION: In a system for delaying the angle of ignition timing of an engine in turn to a plurality of measurement points different in delay angle amount and performing torque measurement at each measurement point, intermittent ignition delay angle measurement is performed, when an exhaust-gas temperature detected by an exhaust-gas temperature sensor is higher than a predetermined temperature. In this intermittent ignition delay angle torque measurement, a delay angle time (torque measurement time) of ignition timing at each measurement point is made a short period, and each time when torque measurement at each measurement point finishes, the ignition timing is returned once to the most advanced angle position (knocking limit) to lower the exhaust-gas temperature a little, and then the ignition timing is delayed to the next measurement point to perform torque measurement. When the exhaust-gas temperature is not higher than the predetermined temperature, continuous ignition delay angle torque measurement wherein torque measurement is performed by delaying the angle to the next measurement point without returning the ignition timing to an advance angle side, each time when the torque measurement at each measurement point finishes, is performed.
