摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat sink having an extremely small thickness and capable of achieving the excellent efficiency of heat radiation, preventing the occurrence of a so-called dry-out phenomenon even if using it in an inclined state, and cooling a heat pipe satisfactorily. SOLUTION: This heat sink is provided with the heat pipe, heat radiating members, and heat receiving members. The heat sink is constituted by attaching the heat radiating members to both ends of the heat pipe, respectively, and attaching two heat receiving members in series to an intermediate part of the heat pipe sandwiched between the heat radiating members. Positions for attaching the heat receiving members positioned below the heat pipe when the heat pipe is inclined are in a heat receiving section of the heat pipe equivalent to the heat receiving member positioned above the heat pipe when heat is not inputted to the heat receiving member positioned below the heat pipe and the section where the dry-out phenomenon occurs.
