PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply provide spherical particles forming a molding, a skin material, a coating film and the like of high quality excellent in safety, weatherability, flexibility, rubber elasticity, a low temperature characteristic, adhesiveness to a polar resin, feeling, an appearance and the like, from an acidic solution of a (meth)acrylic block copolymer having a carboxylic group. SOLUTION: A basic compound is added in the mid way of temperature elevation, in an operation of heating a mixture of the acidic solution of the (meth)acrylic block copolymer having the carboxylic group and an aqueous dispersant solution by directly blowing steam thereinto, and of removing an organic solvent from the polymer solution by steam stripping.
