PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of giving a heat-releasing material with high heat-releasing effect. SOLUTION: The composition comprises (A) a thermoplastic elastomer having, as its side chain, at least nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring-containing group and carbonyl-containing group and (B) microcapsules each composed of, as its shell, an organic compound having a functional group capable of forming a hydrogen bond to the thermoplastic elastomer A and, as its core, a heat storage material included in the shell.
