PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a steering shaft and a vehicle equipped therewith capable of suppressing an assembly process for fixing a steering shaft to a bracket from becoming complicated. SOLUTION: This motorcycle (vehicle) 1 includes a steering shaft 7 formed with a convex portion 7a in the outer circumferential surface thereof, and an under bracket 10 having a penetrating hole 10a to which the steering shaft 7 is fixed. The penetrating hole 10a of the under bracket 10 has the inner surface extending in the axial direction of the steering shaft 7, and the convex portion 7a of the steering shaft 7 is fitted to the extent of an intermediate position of the inner surface of the penetrating hole 10a of the under bracket 10.
