<p>An antenna which has a simple structure and a small null angle, and by which communication using a circular polarized wave can be achieved. The antenna includes a conducting wire which is arranged in a spiral pattern and formed in a cross shape. The portion at which two wires that project from the center to the periphery form a square corner is included on the route of the spiral wire. The antenna can transmit and receive an electromagnetic wave in the whole direction by using this portion and has a circular polarization characteristic.</p>
