The hybrid fan belt (1) has multiple support elements arranged on a tie beam (4). A tie beam width has an elongation strain by formation of a traction rope (2) according to one or more criteria, namely material, rigidity, breadth oriented number, thick or diameter, assembly of the tie beam. The longitudinal rigidity of the tie beam is enlarged in the tie beam by the thickness of the traction ropes.
