LYQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND AMOLED AND MANUFACTURING METHODE THEREOF

A liquid crystal display device, an organic electro-luminescence display, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the changes of the threshold voltage, thereby maintaining brightness at the same level. An electrode(120) is formed on a thin film transistor substrate(110). An electrode insulating layer(130) is formed on the electrode. A gate electrode(140) and a gate line are formed on the electrode insulating layer. A gate insulating layer(150) is evaporated in the upper side of the gate electrode. A protective insulating layer(180) is located on the upper place of the gate insulating layer. A semiconductor layer comprised between the gate insulating layer and protective insulator film of the amorphous silicon layer(a-Si:H, 161) and ohmic contact layer(n+a-Si:H, 162). A pixel electrode(190) is formed on the protective insulator film.
