The invention relates to a sealing cap (1) for a body fluid container (3) , the sealing cap (1) comprising: an inner cap (4) to be placed on an openin g in the body fluid container (3) forming a mouth, the inner cap (4) compris ing a shielding means (7) configured to seal the mouth of the body fluid con tainer (3), an outer cap (5) resting on the inner cap (4), the outer cap (5) being movable relative to the inner cap (4), and a channel member (9), wher ein by a rotational movement the outer cap (5) is movable between an first p osition in which the channel member (9) is located separated from the shield ing means (7) and a second position in which the channel member (9) extends through the shielding means (7), thereby establishing an open state of the s hielding member (7), and wherein the shielding means (7) are configured to r eturn to a closed state when the outer cap (5) is moved back from the second position to the first position. |
