摘要 <p>An electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus are provided to set the brightness of the electro-optical device and a conductive state of a driving transistor accurately when writing a data signal. An electro-optical device includes a plurality of scan lines(101), a plurality of data lines(103), a plurality of power line crossing the plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixel circuits(400). The pixel circuits are installed in a position where the data lines and the scan lines cross. A conductive state is set according a data voltage supplied through one data line of the data lines. A driving transistor includes a first gate. In a capacitive element(420), one end is connected to the first gate and other end is connected to one power line of the power lines. A first transistor(412) includes a second gate. The second gate is connected to one scan line of the scan lines. A second transistor(414) is connected to the driving transistor in series.</p>
