A zoom lens system is provided to obtain a focus distance which is enough shot by controlling lens elements to the purpose, so imaging on CCD or CMOS. From the object, a first negative lens group(10), a second positive lens group(20), and a third positive lens group(30) in order. The lens of the negative principle in nature, and the lens and positive lens of the negative principle in nature are included. A synthesis refractive power of the upper positive lens and negative lens which are united has a negative value. A third lens group includes a positive and negative lens from the object in order.
