<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil-in-water type emulsified composition having excellent emulsion stability, slight feeling of greasiness and low skin irritation. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsified composition comprises (a) 1-20 mass% of a powder component, (b) 0.001-0.5 mass% of a cationic surfactant containing two alkyl chains with≥12 and≤22 carbon chains, (c) an oil-phase component, and (d) a water-phase component, and has a structure in which the powder particles of the component (a) are adsorbed on oil droplets dispersed in the water phase and substantially no surfactant except the cationic surfactant of the component (b) is contained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
