PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of achieving cost reduction by suppressing the manufacturing cost, also, having improved visibility in a warning area, and also, easily adaptive to layout change. SOLUTION: The display device 20 includes: a display part 17 where a display figure is formed; and an illuminating part 18 for irradiating the display part 17 from its rear side with light emitted from a light source. The display part 17 includes: a transparent display sheet 2 where the display figure is formed; a window plate 1 that freely insertably/detachably holds the display sheet 2; and a transparent pressure plate 3. The illuminating part 18 includes: a light guide panel 5 cut molded in accordance with the size of the warning area 21, and for surface-illuminating with the light emitted from the rear side toward the front side of the display part 17; and an LED 11 that is freely movably held on the rear side of the light guide panel 5. A reflection tape 6 and a reflection film 7 as reflecting members are provided on the outer peripheral areas other than the illumination surface of the light guide panel 5, and the reflection film 7 provided on the rear side of the panel 5 has an irradiation hole 15 formed in a position corresponding to the LED 11.
