PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal impeller and a centrifugal fan device having uncomplicated shapes and low noises and to provide electronic equipment equipped with the centrifugal fan device. SOLUTION: A boss part 11 of an almost cylindrical shape is formed at a center of the centrifugal impeller 10 and a plurality of blades 12 are arranged around the boss part 11. The boss part 11 and the plurality of blades 12 are connected through a connection part 14 and the plurality of blades 12 are erectly formed on a peripheral portion of the connection part 14. A distance of a gap between the respective blades 12 and a length of each blade 12 in a centrifugal direction are set so that air flow through the gap becomes laminar flow.
