PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a foot placing place between a back hoe side step and a tractor side floor seat, and to avoid interference with an upper engaging part and propagation of noise from below. SOLUTION: The floor seat 3 and a longitudinally reversible driver's seat 4 on its floor seat, are arranged in a rear upper part of a tractor car body 2. A connecting frame 7 having a pair of right-left upper-lower engaging parts 5 and 6 are arranged in a side part of the tractor car body. A back hoe frame 9 is detachably connected via the upper-lower engaging parts 5 and 6 of this connecting frame. A maneuvering part 10 operable by the backward driver's seat 4 and a step 11 are arranged on the back hoe frame. A step and the floor seat are connected to the front end of the step, and a connecting step 12 collapsible to the upper side from a connecting attitude is pivoted, and a pivot part 13 of this connecting step is arranged above the upper engaging part 5 of the connecting frame 7.
