PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge beam receiving tool capable of largely reducing a burden of a worker, when fixing a ridge beam to a support part by using a screw spike, by surely temporarily fixing the ridge beam, in the resin ridge beam receiving tool. SOLUTION: Corners of the placed ridge beam and the support part 1 are brought into point-contact or line-contact with each other by upwardly slightly curving the support part 1 for placing the ridge beam, and pressure per unit area applied to a contact point is largely increased. As a result, the ridge beam can be easily slightly made to bite in the ridge beam receiving tool formed of resin, and the ridge beams is surely temporarily fixed by the bitten-in support part 1, and the burden applied to the worker when fixing the ridge beam to the support part 1 by using the screw spike is largely reduced.
