PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof which is covered with glazed roof tiles, wherein the roof is improved in heat shielding performance of thermal energy from sunlight under daytime cloudless skies in summer, and maintains the heat shielding performance over a long time. SOLUTION: A surface of the glazed roof tile has a solar reflectance of 50% or more, exhibits gloss, can perform specular reflection by forming the surface into a non-cracking surface, and exerts high heat shielding performance in order to prevent increase of air temperatures in the vicinity of the tile surface due to irregular reflection. Further since the glazed surface is formed into the non-cracking surface, even if dirt such as dust in air adheres to the glazed surface, the dirt is eliminated if it rains, and therefore the glazed tile retains the heat shielding performance even after long-term use thereof.
