PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly form an anchor frame for use in installing anchor bolts in a foundation of a steel building and to enable even one person to easily install the anchor frame. SOLUTION: The anchor frame 11 has four anchor bolts 21 to be erected; four support members 31 for supporting the lower ends of the anchor bolts 21; connecting members 41 connecting the support members 31 to another in a horizontal direction; and a plate member 51 held to the upper ends of the four anchor bolts 21 to hold the anchor bolts 21 separately.
