PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive polyvinylidene fluoride resin composition for use in a charge control member whose volume resistivity is in a semiconductive region, varies little from location to location, and is stable and uniform even if it is melted again, and which has a high level of elongation modulus. SOLUTION: The semiconductive polyvinylidene fluoride resin composition contains 0.1 to 8 parts by weight of an ionic conducting agent (B), and 10 to 45 parts by mass of carbon black (C) with a particle size of N990 or N991 based on ASTM: D1765-96a, for 100 parts by mass of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin (A).
