PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the supply of grease to seal lips by preventing the close contact of the upper wall of a seal cap with the end face of a boss. SOLUTION: The seal cap 43 has the upper wall 43a through the output shaft insertion hole 43b of which an output shaft 41 is inserted, and a peripheral wall 43c externally fitted to the boss 42 of a gear case. On the peripheral face of the output shaft insertion hole 43b, the seal lip 43d is provided for sealing a space to the output shaft 41. On the inner face of the peripheral wall 43c, the seal lip 43e is provided for sealing a space to the boss 42.
