A method and an apparatus for measuring a fluid level by using ceramics are provided to measure the fluid level with accuracy irrespective of a fluid measurement range and output the fluid level as a load voltage value through a sensor to rapidly measure the fluid level. A method for measuring a fluid level by using ceramics includes a step(101) of outputting a load voltage value corresponding to a degree to which a ceramic sensor is dipped in a fluid, a step(102) of differentially amplifying the load voltage value based on a voltage applied to the sensor, a step(104) of linearly calculating the amplified load voltage, and a step(105) of measuring the fluid level based on the linearly calculated load voltage.
